We are looking for a Remote Recruiter & Compliance Coordinator to assist with agent recruitment, document review, contract compliance, and social media engagement. This role is essential in helping our brokerage grow while ensuring our current agents remain supported, informed, and compliant with all required documentation.

This is for a real estate firm, not an agency. This is a long-term position for someone dependable, proactive, and eager to be part of a supportive real estate team.

The ideal fit for this role has recruiting and cold-calling experience and genuinely enjoys talking with people. Real estate experience is a plus, but what matters most is someone who loves connecting, can build rapport quickly, and is comfortable keeping a conversation going.

This role has three key parts; each day will be split between the three main responsibilities.

Agent Attraction and Recruitment

  • Lead Generation and Sourcing

  • Appointment Setting and Coordination
  • Recruiting Upkeep

Document Review & Compliance

  • Transaction File Review
  • Compliance Oversight
  • Agent Communication
  • Documentation Tracking
