Recruiter

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening/interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Manage offers and support offer negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and job boards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
