IMS People Possible is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing APAC & UK recruitment team in Quezon City, Philippines.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles

Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce needs

Source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Manage recruitment reporting, ATS updates, and client communication

Mentor and support junior recruiters while driving recruitment excellence

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of IT Recruitment experience

Strong exposure to technical hiring

Experience with ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
