Clinical Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment for healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding handoff
• Source and screen nurses and allied healthcare professionals
• Conduct phone/video interviews and assess clinical qualifications, licensure, and credentials
• Coordinate interviews across US time zones
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
• Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment market insights
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with client requirements
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of recruitment experience
• 1–2 years of experience hiring nurses, allied health, or clinical professionals
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Hybrid setup after 6 months (3x onsite)
• Willing to work night shift
