Part-Time Recruiting Assistant (Remote, Philippines)
Hours (required): Mon to Fri, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Philippines time: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (typically Tue to Sat)
What you'll do
- Run Google Meet video interviews (camera on) using a provided script
- Source candidates on LinkedIn and screen resumes
- Use AI tools (Perplexity) to evaluate fit and update a tracker
Requirements
- Strong English and comfortable on video
- Reliable internet, quiet setup, responsive communicator
Pay
- $5/hour (4 hours/day = $20/day, $100/week)
- Paid bi-weekly via digital transfer (method agreed by both parties)
