We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare hiring landscape and experience recruiting clinical and nursing professionals. This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure we attract high-quality talent that aligns with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit for a wide range of clinical and nursing roles across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, healthcare networks, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Review and evaluate candidate credentials, experience, and licensure to ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
- Maintain and update recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations, market trends, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably focused on U.S. clinical/nursing positions.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
- Experience sourcing hard-to-fill clinical positions using advanced recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting high-volume healthcare staffing.
- Familiarity with nursing and allied health licensure processes.
- Strong negotiation and offer-management skills.
