You own the end-to-end identification and engagement of high-quality insurance professionals, ensuring a steady pipeline of vetted talent for a specialized recruitment operation. Your work follows disciplined sourcing protocols, compliance-heavy screening standards, and rigorous verification of candidate documentation.

This is not a generalist sourcing role. You operate within defined insurance portfolios, managing multiple live roles simultaneously while maintaining high CRM accuracy and meeting specific placement KPIs. Best suited for recruiters who thrive in structured, target-driven environments and value clear accountability over administrative ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1.5–2+ years of agency recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked within international agency environments (AU, UK, or USA).
• Hands-on responsibility for recruiting across insurance functions; while international agency experience is preferred, high-performing candidates with local agency or internal recruitment backgrounds will be considered.
• Working knowledge of recruitment CRM/ATS platforms and the ability to produce high-quality candidate summaries.
• Experience operating under strict regulatory frameworks, QA standards, and target-driven delivery cycles.
• Willingness to work a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule and maintain a dedicated home office setup.

• Previous experience specifically within an Australian, UK, or USA-based recruitment agency.
• Established insurance candidate network.
• Exposure to niche or specialist insurance portfolios.

Responsibility Pillars

Candidate Pipeline & Sourcing. You own the talent heartbeat—ensuring specialized roles are filled with vetted professionals through proactive market engagement.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and database networking.
• Build active talent pipelines aligned with future insurance client needs.

Screening & Technical Assessment. You act as the primary filter, ensuring only the most capable and compliant candidates reach the presentation stage.

• Conduct detailed phone and virtual screening interviews.
• Verify technical capabilities, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

Process & KPI Delivery. You own the accuracy of the recruitment cycle, ensuring every placement meets internal quality and legislative standards.

• Maintain real-time accuracy in the CRM/ATS system.
• Meet individual targets for placements, time-to-fill, and candidate retention
