Qualifications
College level or graduate preferred-Hospitality or customer service training is an advantage
Strong command of spoken English-Clear and professional communication skill
- 12 years of experience in customer service, receptionist, or hospitality roles.
Restaurant or hospitality background preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to remain composed and professional during busy service period
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, manage seating, and provide accurate wait times.
Reservation Management: Handle phone, online, and walkin bookings; coordinate special requests.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, assist with concerns, and ensure prompt guest attention.
Coordination with FOH Team: Work closely with servers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Reception Area Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Administrative Support: Keep reservation logs, document guest feedback, and support management.
