Qualifications

  • College level or graduate preferred-Hospitality or customer service training is an advantage
  • Strong command of spoken English-Clear and professional communication skill
  • -12 years of experience in customer service, receptionist, or hospitality roles.
  • Restaurant or hospitality background preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain composed and professional during busy service period

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, manage seating, and provide accurate wait times.
  • Reservation Management: Handle phone, online, and walkin bookings; coordinate special requests.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, assist with concerns, and ensure prompt guest attention.
  • Coordination with FOH Team: Work closely with servers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reception Area Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Keep reservation logs, document guest feedback, and support management.
