Job Description
The Receptionist / Procurement Associate provides front desk support while managing procurement and in-house production of company print collaterals. This role ensures smooth daily office operations, accurate production and distribution of marketing materials, proper inventory management, and efficient coordination with suppliers. The position also supports the sales team, maintains updated pricing and client contract information, and delivers professional customer service to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, handle mail, and maintain office security.
Oversee printing, assembly, packaging, and distribution of marketing collaterals.
Monitor and replenish printing and office supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers for pick-up and procurement of materials.
Ensure pricing and promotional materials are accurate and updated.
Support the sales team and communicate customer feedback to management.
Maintain organized, secure, and efficient office operations.
