Real Estate Valuer

Job Description

• Prepares valuation reports (ocular inspection, research, data analysis, report preparation).
• Creates new accounts and manages existing ones.
• Manages junior valuers, as needed.
• Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of business (finance, management) or engineering (civil, mechanical) courses.
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
• At least 5 years relevant industry experience is required.
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure with client interactions.
• Real Estate Appraiser License is required.
• Real Estate Broker License is an advantage.
• Other PRC professional license in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning is an advantage.
• Proficiency in income valuation techniques is required.
• Experience in business development and client management is required.
• AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus.
