JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, which include:
o Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
o On-site market research, and desktop research
o Preparing market data, and conducting analysis to come up with value indications
o Writing valuation reports
o Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients, and other interested parties
- Gather information on real estate listings and transactions
- Organize and maintain databases for internal use
- Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field work
- Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of business (Finance, Management), Real Estate Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical) courses
- At least five (5) years of industry experience is required
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
- Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage
- Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
