This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Makati with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, engaging in sales efforts, and collaborating with clients to meet their real estate needs. The role also involves staying updated on real estate market trends and developments.

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes and practices
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working arrangement
• Understanding of local real estate market trends is advantageous
• Prior experience in a real estate or sales role is a plus
