Join our dynamic team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist where youll play a crucial role in managing insurance claims efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Possess domain expertise in insurance particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance claims assessment accuracy.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in claims processes.
  • Show proficiency in utilizing technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Display effective communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model ensuring flexibility in handling diverse challenges.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance domain.
