Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include property showings, negotiating deals, generating leads, and staying updated on market trends and property values. The agent will collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless real estate experience and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to achieve client satisfaction and meet sales targets.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and network effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig and willingness to conduct property tours and client meetings in person.
• Previous experience in the real estate or sales industry is a plus.
