Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in San Pablo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for connecting with clients, identifying their property needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Additional responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market research, facilitating property viewings, and negotiating contracts to ensure successful transactions.

Looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent who will focus on the following locations:

• Cavite
• Laguna
• Batangas
• Rizal
• Quezon
• Bulacan
• Pampanga
• Tarlac
• Bataan

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or at least 72 units in college.
• Willing to undergo continuous trainings and seminars.
• Proficiency in real estate operations, including property transactions and market analysis
• Skills in Sales and Customer Service to effectively assist clients and close deals
• Understanding of Real Property management and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in South and North surrounding areas is an advantage
• Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
