Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Makati with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Your daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing property consultations, conducting market analysis, preparing property listings, attending property viewings, and facilitating transactions. You will also maintain client relationships and strive to provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License for professional practice
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate operations
• Experience in providing Customer Service and handling client inquiries
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is beneficial
