Job Description

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day quality monitoring, review activities, and process assessments across Scrubbed's service lines. The role's primary objective is to reinforce a strong quality culture through coaching, documentation, and support. This role ensures work outputs adhere to internal quality standards, client expectations, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements. The Quality Supervisor partners closely with the Quality Manager and Operations Senior Managers and Managers to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality reviews of deliverables, documentation, and processes across assigned service lines.
  • Monitor adherence to Scrubbed quality policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Document review findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
  • Escalate quality concerns and risks to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
  • Support root-cause analysis and action-plan implementation with delivery teams.
  • Track, summarize, and report recurring themes and process trends.
  • Assist in maintaining quality process documentation and guidance materials.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of training and awareness programs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote quality best practices.
  • Support quality-related audits, assessments, and certification initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, shared services, or quality-related work. Experience in an outsourced professional services firm is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Understanding of accounting or professional service workflows preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
