We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at Firehouse Pizza. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dining environment, has a passion for guest experience, and can effectively lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Supervision - Oversees the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow, efficient table turnover, and adherence to brand standards.
- Guest Experience Management - Ensures exceptional dining experiences by addressing guest needs, handling concerns promptly, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Leadership and Development - Supervises, trains, and motivates service staff to deliver excellent performance, fostering teamwork and a positive work culture.
- Quality and Service Standards Compliance - Monitors food and beverage service to ensure consistency, proper presentation, and alignment with company standards.
- Inventory and Cost Control - Assists in monitoring stock levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring proper handling of restaurant supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga and on shifting schedules
