QMS (Quality Management System) Manager

Location: Pasay

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Summary

The QMS Manager is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the company's Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. This role ensures consistent product, service, and operational quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO or company standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality inspections.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead corrective/preventive actions.
  • Train and guide employees on quality standards, procedures, and policies.
  • Prepare QMS reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across operations.
  • Support certification processes and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in quality management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
