Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a QA Team Lead/Supervisor in a shared service or BPO environment (at least 4 years of total experience within the quality assurance team)
- Must have had ISO 9001 exposure recently (for the past 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
