Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong SQL skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our applications by designing and executing test plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration testing.
• Use SQL to validate data integrity, perform backend testing, and troubleshoot
• issues,Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and design to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, data validation).
• Experience with APIs and backend testing.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
