Job Description
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree.
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in the same position.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement with high accuracy.
- Effectively conveys information both verbally and in writing to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess workflows, identify gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Knowledge in QA methodologies, standards, and best practices for monitoring and improving processes.
- Willing to do a field work.
- Performing regular audits to ensure that processes and products comply with quality standards, and internal policies.
- Investigating and resolving quality-related issues, and working closely with production, and other relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and practices to promote a culture of quality awareness.
- Implementing systems for continuous monitoring and measurement of key performance indicators to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Generating and presenting regular reports on quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives to management.
- Staying abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that the company remains compliant with all relevant requirements.
