Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced quality leader to drive product excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role will oversee quality systems, food safety programs, and process governance to ensure products consistently meet established quality, safety, and customer standards while supporting business growth and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of quality and food safety systems across operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements through effective quality governance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage quality performance metrics, audits, corrective actions, and risk mitigation programs.
• Oversee departmental planning, resource allocation, budget management, and team development.
• Build a culture of quality excellence and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Professional license or certification in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing quality teams and systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, microbiology, chemistry, process control, and analytical methodologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining quality management frameworks such as HACCP, ISO standards, GMP, and statistical quality control tools.
• Exposure to bakery, protein, or food processing operations is preferred.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
