Your Role
As an Intermediate to Senior SDET/QA Engineer with a focus on Standards and Audits, you will lead pull request reviews and evaluate them against internal QE audit standards. Your work will influence team compliance metrics and support continuous improvement through structured feedback and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct structured audits of pull requests in GitHub and review testing practices across teams to ensure alignment with internal standards for Unit, API and UI tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve test coverage, code quality and automation reliability.
- Assess pull requests against established benchmarks and contribute to compliance scoring by documenting findings and updating tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the Audit team to refine internal standards and follow up on improvement actions.
- Maintain reporting mechanisms to track audit outcomes, PR ratings and team compliance metrics.
- Mentor team members on testing best practices and compliance standards.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Analyst or Software Development Engineer in Test or in a similar role.
- Prior experience reviewing automation testing pull requests
- Some exposure with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in Playwright, Cucumber, RestAssured, Postman and/or similar automation tools.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or similar programming languages.
- Experience building or contributing to scalable automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with experience providing feedback on pull requests.
- Experience collaborating across teams in Agile environments and applying shift left practices.
We are looking for candidates with a solid development foundation, hands-on coding experience and experience with CI/CD workflows (GitHub ideally). Experience across unit, API and UI testing would be great, along with participation in peer code reviews, as this will support the audit aspect of the role.
