About the Role
You'll be responsible for transaction monitoring, agent coaching, and quality data analysis to drive performance improvements across Care or Collections programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to support continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction monitoring and provide coaching to agents.
- Analyze multiple client metrics and recommend quality initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional quality improvement projects.
- Review and assess key performance drivers, including new hire performance and process defects.
- Participate in regular client business reviews and present quality insights.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 34 years of Quality experience in a Healthcare or Collections environment.
- Strong understanding of Quality functions and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution and effective relationship-building.
- College graduate (required).
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
Good-to-Have
- Quality experience in a BPO environment supporting regulated industries.
- Exposure to client-facing quality reviews or process improvement projects.
