Job Description

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate the quality of our products and services
Conducting regular inspections, audits, and testing to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances
Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

Minimum of atleast 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
Proficient in using quality control tools and software, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
