eClerx is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and performance of our digital experiences. You will be responsible for creating test plans, executing functional and regression testing, and validating releases across staging and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Perform functional testing and end-to-end regression testing, and create/log defects in JIRA.
- Coordinate with the developer to get the defects fixed
- Check if the targeting of the test is as per the test requirement.
- Perform a sanity check once all the issues are resolve,d and the test is functionally working correctly
- Provide a sign-off for the pre-QA completion.
- Perform production QA to verify that the test is working fine in the prod environment.
- Perform maintenance testing and Quantum Metric analysis to check if the test is working fine with the constant changes in the website
- Monitor traffic to the test from Adobe Target
Requirements:
- Experience in functional and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with Adobe Target and Quantum Metric is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
