Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Supervisor based in Bagumbayan, Quezon City (near Eastwood, Libis). The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality control processes, implement quality management systems, and ensure adherence to established quality assurance standards. The role involves supervising a team in monitoring product and process quality, conducting inspections, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures to identify and resolve quality issues
  2. Conduct regular inspections, audits and testing of raw materials, production processes and finished goods
  3. Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
  4. Collaborate with production teams to address quality problems and implement corrective actions
  5. Train and mentor production staff on quality protocols and best practices
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  7. Provide timely quality performance reporting to management

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control and Six Sigma principles
  4. Experience with quality auditing and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001)
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  6. Technical expertise in quality testing, inspection and root cause analysis
  7. Strong leadership, communication and team-building abilities
