Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Analyst based in Quezon City. The Quality Control Analyst will perform routine laboratory testing, handle laboratory equipment, and monitor product standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, as well as preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate data records to support quality assurance activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of processes is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or deviations in data, results, or processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other departments to ensure product quality.
• Knowledge in MS Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Can work immediately is an advantage
