Job Description
The QA Officer/ ISO Compliance role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's management systems comply with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementing and maintaining ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Developing, reviewing, and controlling ISO-related procedures, policies, and records
Maintaining the Risk & Opportunity Register and monitoring mitigation actions
Planning, conducting, and supporting internal and external audits
Tracking, monitoring, and closing Nonconformities, CAPAs, and audit findings
Ensuring integration of risk-based thinking across departments
Supporting departments during certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
Conducting ISO awareness and compliance training
Reporting compliance status, risks, and trends to management
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within QESH and operations
