- Conduct QC/QA checks on merchant onboarding and account setup before activation.
- Validate merchant information, location, service areas, account configuration, menu, images, and other setup requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and revalidate issues until resolution.
- Monitor QC/QA metrics, findings, SLAs, and overall quality performance.
- Analyze recurring issues and root causes recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QC/QA checklists, SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and audit documentation.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to improve quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Merchant Onboarding, KAM/BD, Rider Ops, and other teams to resolve issues.
- Support other QA, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience in QC/QA, operations, onboarding, audit, or process improvement e-commerce/logistics experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling operational data.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SOP development, automation, or process improvement is a plus.
