Responsibilities
- Part of 247 team, mix of support and minor enhancement work.
- Provide support for any integration issues connecting to the various LLM models
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, identify preventive actions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and quality.
- Familiar with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) with at least 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
