Key Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Google Sheets, for data management and reporting.
Excellent coordination skills to manage vendor relationships and internal department needs.
Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for negotiations and collaborations.
Proven background in procurement, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various purchasing scenarios.
Experience in Business Development or the Out-of-Home (OOH) billboards industry is a significant advantage.
Job Description
As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for:
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality materials and services at competitive prices for billboard installations and maintenance.
Managing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinating closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of procured items.
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency within our OOH operations.
Compensation
Salary Range: PHP 28,000 - 35,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
