Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Quezon City. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement process, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal inventory levels. The role also involves budgeting, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with purchasing regulations. The Purchasing Manager will work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals and maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Procurement Management, Inventory Control, and Vendor Relationship Management
  • Experience in Budgeting, Negotiation, and Cost Analysis
  • Knowledge of Compliance Standards and Supply Chain Best Practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is highly desirable
