Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Pasig. The Property Specialist will focus on promoting and selling Shang Properties portfolio of residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining a high level of customer service, and providing professional advice on property investments and real estate opportunities. The role also entails fostering lasting client relationships while meeting monthly sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate knowledge
• Proven Sales expertise in driving conversions and achieving sales goals
• Ability to build networks, assess market trends, and provide relevant property investment solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work on-site, with availability to meet clients as needed
