Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Ortigas Land Corporation, located in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining professional relationships. Key tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, analyzing real estate data, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with internal teams and providing tailored solutions for clients needs is a vital part of the role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends is a plus
