Upselling cross skiling
Billing related concerns
Responsibilities
Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
Assist in placement of orders via receipt of calls and provide excellent customer service and first call resolution
Ensure order taking accuracy and upselling skills a plus
Provide accurate documentation of the call interaction in the provided CRM tool
De-escalate dissatisfied callers while adhering to the clients and Cognizant policies and procedures
