Property Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with property sales for both commercial and residential sectors. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and facilitating transactions. The Property Specialist will work closely with the sales and management teams to maintain high standards of professionalism and achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
• Experience and knowledge in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work onsite in Cebu
• Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is an advantage
