Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential clients, assisting them in understanding and selecting suitable properties, both commercial and residential. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of SPI's property portfolio. The role requires building and nurturing client relationships to drive sales and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective client engagement
• Knowledge and experience high end and luxury residential real estate markets
• Proven expertise in sales and ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong negotiation abilities
• Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or marketing is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
