The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. The position focuses on managing property sales and transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and guiding clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge and experience in commercial and residential real estate

Proven sales skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and meeting targets

Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and goal-oriented

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage

Familiarity with the Cebu real estate market is a plus
