Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Pasig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in their real estate needs, including the sale and promotion of residential and commercial properties. The role involves building client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. The Property Specialist will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and develop a strong client network.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
• Ability to build positive client relationships and understand their needs
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
