Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, presenting property offerings to prospective clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team for the implementation of strategies. The role may also involve conducting property viewings and analyzing market trends to guide potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to analyze real estate markets and identify growth opportunities.
• Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts and responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional real estate license is an advantage but not mandatory.
