Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Paranaque City. The role involves engaging with clients to promote and facilitate the sale of residential and commercial real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting property presentations, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless property purchasing experience. The role will require regular client engagement and participation in sales and marketing activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns.
• Experience or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets.
• Proven expertise in Sales, including the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Taguig and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property, or sales industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field is preferred.
