Role Description

• Promote and present residential properties to prospective clients
• Assist clients in identifying properties that match their lifestyle and investment goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Background or interest in residential and commercial real estate
• Proven sales ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• Experience in property sales or leasing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
