Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury residential condominium ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Key tasks include presenting property offerings, preparing sales documentation, providing guidance to prospective buyers, and actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Knowledge and experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate
• Sales proficiency with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in the real estate industry or property sales is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and negotiation skills
