Role Description: The Property Specialist (Cebu-based) is a full-time hybrid role responsible for promoting and selling SPI's residential properties, with work based in Cebu. The role involves actively sourcing prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site tours, and responding to inquiries to provide accurate, up-to-date information on available units and project features. The Property Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, assisting with documentation and reservation requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to help ensure a smooth transaction.

Daily activities include maintaining a client database, following up on leads, participating in marketing and sales events, manning booth assignments, and representing the brand professionally in all interactions. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and competitive developments to support effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling inquiries and concerns professionally.
Experience or familiarity with Residential Real Estate sales, project marketing, and condominium or property ownership processes.
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree is required.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in real estate is not required but considered an advantage.
