Job Description

As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential condominium and house-and-lot projects under Amaia and Avida Land Corp (Ayala Land). You'll play a vital role in guiding clients through their homeownership or investment journey while achieving personal and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through online and on-ground marketing activities.
  • Attend to client inquiries and conduct property presentations and site tours.
  • Promote Amaia and Avida projects through events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and assist them throughout the buying process.
  • Submit sales reports and coordinate with the marketing and admin teams.

Sample Deliverables

  • Minimum of 35 qualified leads per week.
  • At least 2 property presentations or site trippings weekly.
  • Submission of weekly sales activity reports.
  • Achievement of monthly sales target or quota.
  • Active participation in company-led events and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
  • Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, goal-driven, and willing to learn.
  • Amenable to fieldwork and flexible schedules.
