Job Description
As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential condominium and house-and-lot projects under Amaia and Avida Land Corp (Ayala Land). You'll play a vital role in guiding clients through their homeownership or investment journey while achieving personal and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online and on-ground marketing activities.
- Attend to client inquiries and conduct property presentations and site tours.
- Promote Amaia and Avida projects through events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and assist them throughout the buying process.
- Submit sales reports and coordinate with the marketing and admin teams.
Sample Deliverables
- Minimum of 35 qualified leads per week.
- At least 2 property presentations or site trippings weekly.
- Submission of weekly sales activity reports.
- Achievement of monthly sales target or quota.
- Active participation in company-led events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, goal-driven, and willing to learn.
- Amenable to fieldwork and flexible schedules.
