Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Manila, with opportunities to work both on-site and from home. The Property Specialist will focus on promoting and selling both commercial and residential real estate properties. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, offering excellent customer service, building strong relationships, maintaining market knowledge, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets and grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client engagement, relationship management, and addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate for understanding property markets and guiding clients in their property investments.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving targets with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales-related roles is an advantage.
