Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Calabarzon, Philippines, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Alveo Land's residential and commercial properties through client prospecting, property presentations, site tours, and follow-up activities. The Property Specialist will engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide suitable property recommendations while ensuring a professional and positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a client pipeline, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and documentation, preparing basic sales reports, and participating in marketing or sales events as needed. The role also involves staying updated on project features, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients and support sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction, active listening, and the ability to present property information effectively.
  • Customer Service skills to build rapport, manage inquiries, handle concerns professionally, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate to understand homebuyer needs, property features, and residential market dynamics.
  • Knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate to support clients seeking investment or business-use properties.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid setup, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort using digital tools for communication, presentations, and basic CRM or lead-tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
